Advantages
Keep your pool a cool, comfortable temperature with the correct sensor! This aftermarket temperature sensor can be used as a water, air, or solar temp sensor for Pentair’s IntelliTouch, EasyTouch, and SunTouch swimming pool control systems.
Micro Temeperature Sensor can be strapped to a pipe with a clamp to measure water temperature, or it can also be used to measure air temperature for use as Freeze protection. The temperature sensor is also used as a solar sensor, placed near solar panels, to detect temperatures near the panel, to determine when conditions are right to send water to solar panels. Micro Temeperature Sensor includes a 10 ft 2-wire cable to connect to internal home panels, or when solar panels are located far from the controller.
Features
• Water/Air/Solar - The AquaLink RS provides terminals for up to three Temperature Sensors, specifically for Water, Air, and Solar
• 10K Ohms Thermistor
• Compatible with Zodiac, Jandy, and Polaris Controls
• Compatibility: Pentair’s IntelliTouch, EasyTouch, and SunTouch systems
• Replaces: Pentair 520272, TS5T, and STS5T (red and black wires)
• Includes 10K ohms NTC thermistor, 10-feet cord, 1 O-rings
Function
To use as a water temperature sensor: Insert the sensor into a small opening in the pipe between your pool's filter pump and filter using a hose clamp.
To use as an air temperature sensor: Mount the sensor in open air outside the power center in the shade and away from air conditioners, motors, and other heat sources.
To use as a solar temperature sensor: Fasten the sensor next to solar panels for unglazed panels or suspend between the collector and glazing for glazed panels.

10K Temperature Sensor Install Guide for IntelliTouch EasyTouch and SunTouch
APPLICATION:
Temperature Sensor used with the IntelliTouch®, EasyTouch® and SunTouch™ Systems. This sensor may be used as a Water, Air,or Solar sensor.
REPLACEMENT KIT (P/N CWFB0103FC-312XSP12) INCLUDES:
QTY. DESCRIPTION
1 Temperature Sensor, 10K, 10 ft.
1 O-Ring
INSTALLATION:
Water Temperature Sensor Replacement
1. Find the old Water Sensor located between the filter pump and the filter. Remove old Sensor and position the hose clamp over the new Sensor, and gently tighten around pipe.
Caution: Do not overtighten clamp.
2. Feed the cable up through the low voltage compartment of the Load/Power Center to the Control Panel. Strip wires 1/4 in. and connect Sensor wires to WATER screw terminals.
Solar Temperature Sensor
1. For unglazed panels, fasten Sensor next to solar panels. For glazed panels, suspend Sensor between collector and glazing.
2. Feed the cable up through the low voltage compartment of the Load/Power Center to the Control Panel. Strip wires 1/4 in. and connect Sensor wires to the SOLAR screw terminals.
Ambient Air Temperature (Freeze Protection) Sensor
1. Mount sensor in open air, in shaded area, away from air conditioners. Feed the cable up through the low voltage compartment of the Load/Power Center to the Control Panel, fastening to plumbing with cable ties. Strip wires 1/4 in. and connect Sensor wires to AIR screw terminals.
